As a Provincial Sport Governing Body (PSGB), the Saskatchewan Soccer Association and our members are eligible to receive services through the Sport Medicine and Science Council of Saskatchewan.
The Sport Medicine and Science Council of Saskatchewan provide professional sport consulting services to all levels of athletes within the province of Saskatchewan, though the focus has been directed to High Performance Sport and fulfillment for services varies depending upon the user group. The Council is committed to the delivery of quality service in the targeted areas of Athletic Taping, Sport First Aid, Medical Event Coverage, Sport First Aid Supplies, Drug Education, Sport Nutrition, Mental Training, Exercise Physiology, Biomechanics, and Injury Maintenance and Prevention.
The Sport Medicine and Science Council of Saskatchewan is comprised of volunteers from a diversity of scientific and medical disciplines who are committed to improve the athletic potential as well as the physical, mental, and emotional well being of active people in Saskatchewan through: education; leadership; quality research; and direct science and sport medical programs.
