Amateur Reinstatement

A player who has previously been registered as a 'Professional Player' must be reinstated as an 'Amateur Player' prior to participating with the SSA or a Member Organization. Amateur Reinstatement is governed by the Canadian Soccer Association (CSA). For a definition of a "Professional Player' and the conditions of reinstatement, please refer to the Canadian Soccer Association Rules and Regulations.

A player registered as a professional wishing to be reinstated as an amateur, must complete the CSA Application for Reinstatement Form and submit to the SSA along with the applicable fee.
