Outdoor Registration

- Ensure that ALL participants that they interact with or serve are registered with the SSA.
- Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once an Individual participates in a scheduled game M.O. are accountable to forward registration fees and registrar information for that individual to the SSA.
- Ensure that all participants are properly registered on a local level prior to their first scheduled game.
- Not allow a player to play on a temporary basis without submitting full fees to the SSA.

Participant Fees
- Mini Soccer Players:all age categories up to and including Under 9 - $16.00
- Youth Soccer Players: all age categories above Under 9 up to and including Under 19 - $32.00
- Adult Soccer Players: 15 and over - $32.00
- Team Personnel (include all supervisory team personnel including but not limited to coaches, assistant coaches, managers, trainers and other medical staff, and gender representative personnel or anyone that wishes to have access to the field of play) - $10.00
- June 7th: All fees and forms for registrations received up to and including May 31 must be submitted or late fees will be applied.
- September 30 (or 30 days after last game, if earlier): All fees and forms for registrations received from June 1st to September 30th must be submitted or late fees will be applied.
Outdoor Registrar Reports
- Registrar Report - 1st Submission - Due June 7th
- Registrar Report - 2nd Submission - Due September 30th (or within 30 days of last games, if earlier)
Respect in Sport (RIS)
- RIS numbers must be provided through either your coaches/managers' GoalLine accounts, or if you are not using GoalLine, they must be included in your registrar's report spreadsheet.
- If RIS numbers are not submitted, your team personnel will not be considered eligible for any sanctioned activity (games, practices, tournaments, provincials, etc). Fines and sanctions will be applied for those in non-compliance.
- Respect in Sport is FREE and only takes approximately 3 hours to complete online.

Compliance
Failure to meet a deadline will result in a letter of notice outlining the following consequences:
- an initial $2 late fee for all registrants submitted after that date
- one week after that if all information is still not received a fine of up to $500 shall be assessed,
- two weeks after, Membership privileges may be suspended until such time as information and fees are provided.
