Saskatchewan Soccer Welcomes New Staff Member

Saskatchewan Soccer is pleased to announce we have made a selection for the Coordinator of Competitions and Referee Development position.
The Saskatchewan Soccer Association(SSA) is pleased to announce that Octavian Iliuta has accepted the position at Saskatchewan Soccer as Coordinator of Competitions and Referee Development.
Octavian has a Bachelor Degree in Physical Education and Sports and a very solid sport and soccer background. He has worked as the Program Coordinator for Saskatoon Youth Soccer Inc. (SYSI) since 2009. During his time with SYSI he developed and managed participant programs and guided the overall technical development of the sport for their membership. Octavian is an experienced Referee and part of the SSA Elite Referee Program. He is also a SSA Learning Facilitator and conducts Active Start & Fundamentals coaching courses.
Octavian will be working out of the Saskatchewan Soccer Association's Saskatoon Office as of July 16th. Please join the SSA Board and Staff in welcoming Octavian as our newest member of the Saskatchewan Soccer Staff team.
