Sunday March 24, 2019
- 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.: Organizers Session - Adapting to the Change in the Volunteer Landscape - Details to be announced
- 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.: Technical Session, Coaching Education - Details to be announced
- 10:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.: Referee Education Session, to enhance the referees understanding of the game and develop their confidence as an official.
There are important details below, with various deadline dates that require your response. Please read through completely and respond as requested.
Please note: The Strategic Plan emphasizes reward based member recognition; members will be rewarded through MAP Grant Population Based Funding by renewing their membership on time and being in attendance at the SSA Annual General Meeting.
Key dates and deadlines
March 8
- The formal AGM package will be electronically distributed; including Agenda, Annual Report, voting details and forms and biographies for candidates seeking to join the Board.
March 15
- Deadline for all AGM online registrations
- Member Renewal form and fee submitted to SSA Offices
March 22, 11:00 AM
- Voting delegate declaration form is due to the SSA Offices
- All outstanding financial commitments to SSA are paid in full
REGISTRATION
Due to the targeted audience for some of our events this year, there will be different points of registration. Member Organizations's (MO) are encouraged to review the opportunities and bring delegates who will best represent the MO and who will benefit from attending the specific session. This year all registrations will be completed online.

Please be sure to register no later than March 15th, 2019 so that we may meet our deadlines with the hotel and catering staff.

EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR SSA BOARD OF DIRECTORS - STANDING COMMITTEES
Saskatchewan Soccer Association is pleased to request an expression of interest from individuals interested in serving on SSA Board Appointed Committees. The Board's primary role is to govern, provide leadership and direction for the Association in pursuit of the Mission. The role of each committee is to provide advice to the Board to improve its effectiveness to manage the affairs of the Association. Volunteers on Board Appointed Committees provide external expertise to support the Board to achieve the strategic goals of the Association. Please share the Expression of Interest within your organization. Apply by March 15th, 2019.
