Re: Bylaw Amendments for Consideration in 2019
On Sept 25th, SSA requested Members to submit amendments in advance of the annual bylaw consult. As of the Oct. 15th deadline no amendments were received from membership.
This year SSA Board has a few minor amendments to put forth, and these items are outlined at the link below. We invite your written feedback by: November 21st, 2018
The feedback will be reviewed by the Board on Nov. 29th and will guide whether there is a need to schedule an open conference call for additional discussion with membership. This call, if necessary, would be scheduled prior to Dec. 13th.
PLEASE NOTE: There is still an opportunity for amendments to be submitted. As per the Bylaws, notice of proposed amendments must be given to the Board no less than 90 days before the anniversary of the last annual general meeting, and therefore, the final deadline to submit bylaw amendments is:
