Proposed Bylaw Amendments
The following proposed bylaw amendments will be presented for discussion at the November 16th Bylaw Consultation:
No further bylaw amendments were proposed.
Please note: All amendments must be considered by SSA legal counsel and discussions with Canada Soccer re article 2.2.2 remain ongoing. As such, further amendments to the Bylaws that have been proposed to date may be forth coming. We appreciate your patience as we work through our due diligence on these important matters and we welcome your input on Nov. 16th.
Bylaw Consultation Event Details:
Pre-registration for this event is required by MONDAY, NOVEMBER 13TH.
To register, please email cms@sasksoccer.com to register, and specify the following:
- Name of Member Organization
- Name of Delegate(s), including those calling in
- Location (Saskatoon or Regina) or if calling in
Venues:
- Saskatoon - Sask Sport Building, 510 Cynthia Street (enter via entrance at rear of building and ring buzzer for access)
- Regina - Mosaic Stadium, 300 -1734 Elphinstone Street (entrance is on the north side of building between the Rider Store and Box Office)
- Via conference call - call in information will be emailed to those that register
Each Member Organization is invited to have two (2) representatives present/on call on November 16th.
Timelines Summarized
November 13, 2017 - deadline to register for Bylaw Consultation
November 16th, 2017 - Bylaw Consultation
December 18th, 2017 - all final amendments to be submitted to SSA Board
February 15, 2018 - bylaws circulated to membership 30 days in advance of the AGM
March 17, 2018 - SSA Annual General Meeting
