Valencia CF Walk-out Kid Contest

Are you excited for Soccer Day in Saskatchewan- when Sask Lotteries presents Valencia CF vs. the NY Cosmos!? We sure are!!!
Saskatchewan Soccer Association is excited to announce a unique contest that will run until July 15th, 2017! All youth soccer players are eligible for this contest, regardless of their affiliation with Saskatchewan Soccer Association.
As part of the July 22nd Professional Friendly opening ceremonies, we are looking for a group of young soccer fans, ages 6 to 12 who are excited to be part of this big event, as the walk-out kids with Valencia CF.
On July 17, 2017, contest winners will be decided by drawing names from all entries received.

- Dropped off in person at Saskatchewan Soccer Association Regina Office – 3rd Floor, 1734 Elphinstone Street, Regina, SK, S4T 1K1 during 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

By submitting an entry into this contest (and providing a signature on the entry form), I, in consenting to my child’s participation, agree to the following:
o Give permission for my child to be filmed, photographed, or interviewed for the duration of the preparation, execution, and follow-up of the Opening ceremonies and walk-out during the July 22 Professional friendly. These videos and photographs may be used on various promotions, including print media, social media, television, and future broadcastings of the event;
PLEASE NOTE: Parents are required to sign a video/photo release form if their child is a contest winner.
o Permit to the use of my child’s first name and submissions to questions # 2 and #3 is permitted to be used by On Ice Management, KidSport Saskatchewan and Saskatchewan Soccer Association for any promotion, for this and any future promotions as deemed appropriate by the above listed parties.
o Have/ or intend to purchase tickets for the event, as your child will require prompt supervision following the Opening Ceremonies.
Saskatchewan Soccer Association is the organization responsible for the execution of the contest, and it agrees to the following:
- Ensuring all personal information is safeguarded as confidential and will only be collected for the use of this contest and no other.
