• 2:30 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. – Networking & Coffee Break
• 2:35 p.m. – Deadline to submit Voting Delegates forms to AGM Registration table
• 3:00 p.m. - 2017 SSA Annual General Meeting
• 6:30 p.m. – SSA Awards & Recognition Banquet (Doors open at 6:00 p.m.)

The formal AGM package, including Agenda, Annual Report, and Board Director Biographies will be electronically distributed by March 3, 2017.

REGISTRATION FORM– In order to attend delegates and participants must register! Please forward your completed forms by no later than March 11th, 2017 so that we may meet our deadlines with the hotel and catering staff.

Amendment to Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws

After a detailed member consultation process the SSA received wide-spread support from Membership to put forth amendments to the Articles and Bylaws.

In addition, we have received one amendment, submitted by Saskatoon Youth (SYSI) and Saskatoon Adult (SASI) soccer associations which was received after the consultation.  

PLEASE BE ADVISED: To ensure that we have sufficient debate about this amendment in advance of the AGM, a webinar will be set up and dates and details will be forwarded in the near future.

  The Saskatchewan Soccer Association is pleased to request an expression of interest from individuals interested in serving on SSA Board Appointed Committees. The Board’s primary role is to govern, provide leadership and direction for the Association in pursuit of the Mission. The role of each committee is to provide advice to the Board to improve its effectiveness to manage the affairs of the Association. Volunteers on Board Appointed Committees provide external expertise to support the Board to achieve the strategic goals of the Association. Please share the Expression of Interest within your organization.  Apply by March 10^th, 2017.

This opportunity brings the members of the Saskatchewan soccer community together to recognize the best and brightest of 2016, and highlight the significant contributions of our Volunteers, Coaches, and Referees!
