SAVE THE DATE - Consultative Structure to Discuss Bylaw Changes

| April 18th, 2016 To: Regular, Associate, and Life Members of Saskatchewan Soccer Association Re: AGM Motion - Consultative structure to discuss potential bylaw changes During the 2016 SSA Annual General Meeting, the following motion was passed: "Move that the SSA, in conjunction with representatives of the SSA membership in good standing, form a committee to meet within 60 days from the 2016 AGM to develop a consultative structure so all SSA members can discuss potential bylaw changes." Moved by: Dave Taylor, SYSI, Seconded by: Gord Quinlan, SAS, Carried In order to achieve the goal to hold a meeting within 60 days of the AGM Members are asked to PLEASE SAVE THE DATE - May 15th, 2016 from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. The meeting will occur in-person in Regina and Saskatoon (with video link between the two centres) and we will also provide conference call access province-wide for those who cannot attend in-person. Locations to be determined in the near future. This meeting will not focus on the content of Bylaw amendments which may be considered in the future. The soul focus will be on developing a consultative structure so all members can discuss potential bylaw changes. Input into the agenda for the meeting can be provided by NOON - FRIDAY April 22, 2016 to d.pederson@sasksoccer.com. Pending approval of the Board, final details will be provided by May 3rd, 2016.
