OFFICIAL ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT
2016 Annual General Meeting Weekend
March 19th and 20th, 2016
Saskatoon Inn and Conference Centre
(2002 Airport Drive, Saskatoon, SK S7L 6M4)
Bylaw amendments will be electronically distributed by February 19th, 2016.
The formal AGM package, including Agenda, Annual Report, and Board Director Biographies will be electronically distributed by March 4, 2016.
When the work is done, join us for the 2016 SSA Recognition Awards to be hosted on March 19th, 2015 at 6:30 p.m. Let us know you are coming on your Registration Form and we will be sure to save you a seat!
Full Scheduling Details will follow:
- Registration - 9:00 a.m.
- Welcome - 9:30 a.m.
- Strategic Planning Launch with Paul Varian - 9:45 a.m.
- Network and Nibble (Member Sessions/Lunch) – 11:30 a.m.
- Final Registration for 2016 SSA AGM closes 1:15 p.m.
- 2016 SSA Annual General Meeting- 1:30 p.m.
- Banquet – Doors open at 6:30 p.m.
- Governance Education Session with Paul Varian – 9:00 a.m.
REGISTRATION FORM – Let us know you will be joining us! To be sure we are prepared for meals and space accommodations, we appreciate your help. Please click here for the fillable PDF that can be emailed to businessadminstrator@sasksoccer.com or printed and faxed to 1-306-780-9480. Forms are requested to be received by the SSA no later than March 11th, 2016 to meet our deadlines with the hotel catering and staff.
The entire weekend will be hosted at the Saskatoon Inn and Conference Centre and accommodations can be booked by calling 1-306-242-1440. Bookings can be made under ‘Saskatchewan Soccer’ for the rate of $144.00/night.
