Manson Named Second Team All-Canadian
On Wednesday, the CIS announced its 2015 All-Canadian teams and fourth-year University of Saskatchewan defender Meagan Manson was named a CIS Second Team All-Star.
Manson is the first member of the Huskie women's soccer team to be named an All-Canadian since Erin Hammett in 2000. The Prince Albert, Sask. native provided a steady presence along the Huskies back line starting all 14 games for a squad that allowed just 17 goals on the season. Manson, a fourth-year Business student, chipped in on the offensive end with three goals, including a game-winner in 2015.
