Fourth-year midfielder Erica Hindmarsh played a role in all three goals on the weekend, as the Huskies defeated the Lethbridge Pronghorns 3-0 in a Canada West East Region quarter-final.
The Saskatoon native assisted on the first Huskie goal with a perfect corner kick towards the back post. Just minutes later, Hindmarsh put another cross into the box that banked off of a Pronghorn defender and into the net. Helping the Huskies score three goals in eight minutes, she found teammate Jenelle Zapski for the Huskies third goal.
The Huskies are now set to host the Canada West Select Six from Nov. 5-8 in Saskatoon.
