Staff Announcement - Jennifer Ellarma Joins SSA as Coordinator of Communications and Funds Development

Please join us in welcoming Jennifer Ellarma to the SSA staff team in the role of Coordinator of Communications and Funds Development (CCFD). She will begin with the SSA on January 19th 2015 and will work out of our Regina office.
Jennifer currently holds the position of interim CEO of Special Olympics Saskatchewan Inc. She brings with her a solid background in sponsorship/funds development and possesses a Bachelor Degree in Physical and Health Education (Honours) from the School of Human Kinetics, Laurentian University. Jennifer has been a passionate supporter of Special Olympics in various volunteer capacities for a number of years including as Chair of their Board.
Jen is passionate about soccer and writes, “bringing people together through the sport of soccer, on and off the field, has been a passion of mine. I have reaped the benefits of being part of the soccer family, as a coach, player and supporter. I look forward to the opportunity to invest my skills and education into a position that can have a significant impact. With the mission to improve the lives of people through soccer, SSA continues to be a catalyst for the growth of this great sport and my goal is to be part of that influence for many years to come.”
